It will cover off resourcing planning techniques, understanding the difference between fixed duration, fixed effort and fixed units. Also covered is how estimate resourcing, how to deal with resourcing in Agile and Waterfall projects, understanding Earned Value Analysis and tracking actual progress against baselines and providing reports. This course is also a precursor to the Microsoft Project – Advanced Topics course
