Heather Stallmach
Principal Trainer
Heather is an experienced portfolio, programme, and project management consultant, trainer, and coach with over 25 years of experience in managing projects and programmes. She helps clients implement and embed frameworks and methodologies across various industries, including government, iwi organisations, health, and finance. Heather also runs Nonsuch’s PM101 course nationwide, sharing her expertise through workshops and training.
Lesley Browne
Senior Trainer
Lesley has over 20 years of experience as a programme scheduler, successfully delivering multiple central and local government programmes in that time. She is currently on Wellington City Council’s Sludge Minimisation Facility project.
She is also an experienced trainer, teaching project management best practices for both the tools and the processes.
Gemma Paton

Gemma Paton is a skilled professional with a diverse background in administration and web publishing. With experience as a Technical Resource Administrator and Research Office Funding Administrator, she has developed strong organisational skills. As the Training Lead at Nonsuch Consulting, Gemma applies her expertise to support the team’s success.
