What types of courses do you offer?

We offer a range of project management and change management courses, including PRINCE2, Better Business Cases, and Agile, delivered through in-person (classroom), online, and tailored in-house training solutions. View our full list of courses.

Are there any prerequisites for your courses?

For our Foundation or short courses there are no prerequisites. However, if you want to complete any of our Practitioner courses you will first have to obtain your Foundation qualification.  Some qualifications such as PRINCE2, have prerequisites from other certifications, so please contact us for details.

Do you offer tailored training solutions for organisations?

We sure do. We’d be happy to discuss your requirements, simply email [email protected]

Where are your classroom courses held?

We regularly hold public courses in Wellington, Auckland, Dunedin and Invercargill. For 6 or more people we can deliver our courses in other NZ locations. We’d be happy to discuss your requirements.

Are your trainers certified and experienced?

Yes. All of our trainers hold current trainer level qualifications through our examining bodies.

Will I have access to training material after completion of my course?

All the physical materials used in our courses are yours to keep.

Can I get a certificate after completing a course?

Upon passing the Foundation or Practitioner exam you are given a qualification certificate by the examining body. For our short courses we can provide you with an attendance certificate.

How do I know which course is right for me?

Just contact us. One of our Trainers will assess your situation, make recommendations and from there, you’ll be able to decide which course is right for you. 

How do I book a course online?

Just click the Enquire button on our course info pages and we’ll be in touch to check your requirements and get you registered.

What payment options are available?

Payment on invoice by Direct Credit or Credit Card. Note that for Credit Card a 2.5% fee applies.

Do you offer any discounts for group bookings?
