Programme Management is the process of managing programmes mapped to business objectives that improve organisational performance. This two-day instructor led course has been designed to introduce the concepts of Programme Management to help ensure a common understanding – regardless of whether you are a project manager, sponsor, team member or coordinator. The course covers the unique language, principles and tools of project management and builds a case for their application back at the workplace. This course will ensure you are equipped to manage your projects efficiently and successfully.

This session is a mixture of theory and discussion and practical group-based learning involving post-it notes, markers, flip chart paper. An easy to understand and practical case study is used throughout the course. No laptops are required, all learning resources are supplied.
Ideal for individuals who have no previous experience with programme management, or are looking for a refresher. Also ideal for those wishing to develop an understanding of programme management as they progress in their career.
No prerequisite is required for attendance on this session, but any prior experience or knowledge of programme management will be a definite advantage
2 days (14 hours) – Typically 8:45 am for an 9 am start and a 4:30 pm finish with 1 hour for lunch and short morning and afternoon tea breaks.
