Agile is an umbrella term for a collection of frameworks and techniques. A key organisational concern is how to be agile and also incorporate a structured approach to organisational governance. PRINCE2 Agile® covers not only Agile approaches but how they can also be structured within organisations. Rather than being 100% prescriptive, PRINCE2 Agile® blends the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the defined governance of PRINCE2®. At the same time, it allows you to tailor the approach to meet the needs of the team and organisation.

• Demonstrate how to apply PRINCE2 themes, such as Business Case and Risk, in an Agile environment.

• Explain how to tailor PRINCE2 processes to suit Agile projects while maintaining control and governance.
• Articulate the benefits of combining PRINCE2 and Agile approaches for project success.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of PRINCE2 principles and apply them in an Agile project environment.
• Effectively customize PRINCE2 processes and themes to fit the specific needs of Agile projects.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile projects while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness.
