This self-led eLearning course is designed to enhance your skills at your own pace while delivering expert written content and practical knowledge. This option also includes up to 4 hours online with one of our qualified trainers.

Agile is an umbrella term for a collection of frameworks and techniques. A key organisational concern is how to be agile and also incorporate a structured approach to organisational governance. PRINCE2 Agile® covers not only Agile approaches but how they can also be structured within organisations. Rather than being 100% prescriptive, PRINCE2 Agile® blends the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the defined governance of PRINCE2®. At the same time, it allows you to tailor the approach to meet the needs of the team and organisation.

Learning Outcomes

At the completion of the Practitioner course, you will learn:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of PRINCE2 principles and apply them in an Agile project environment.
• Effectively customize PRINCE2 processes and themes to fit the specific needs of Agile projects.
• Implement various Agile techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban, within the PRINCE2 framework to enhance project delivery.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile projects while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness.
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders, leveraging Agile practices to improve teamwork.
• Demonstrate the ability to respond to changing requirements and priorities in an Agile context while maintaining project control.
• Equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pass the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification exam.
• Be well prepared for the Practitioner exam.
