PowaPlanner™ and PowaTahi™ in Action
Agricultural industry

Our client was managing project information in multiple ways and systems. Project reporting was manual and time-consuming. The client identified they also needed a tool to plan and manage resourcing, improve visibility of project effort, and integrate information to enable them to track budgets and forecasts.
The Nonsuch team completed the implementation and configuration within a week, allowing the client access to the tool with speed and in their own Microsoft tenant.
Throughout the engagement, Nonsuch worked closely with our client’s project managers to understand their approach to current projects and to factor key processes into the system configuration.
Financial Industry
PowaPlanner™ users >50 – Tailored
P3M functions at the client were delivered by the EPMO using standard Microsoft products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and standalone MS Project Desktop, remotely supported by the in-house financial system.
Although individually fit for purpose, none of these tools were integrated. The disparate P3M toolset had become too complex to manage, had reached the limit of usability and stability, and was a data security and integrity risk.
Nonsuch delivered PowaPlanner™ configured to the client requirements enabling them to manage and report on their Portfolios, Programmes, and Projects throughout the EPMO in a consistent manner.

Yes, you can plan your resources in different ways: You can manage staff, external and generic resources. In addition you can analyse availability, capacity, demand and resource costs.
The tools are based on the Microsoft Power Platform. They store all data in a Dataverse database in your own tenancy in the Microsoft Cloud.

Yes, the tools are already deeply integrated with Microsoft Teams by default. A separate team or channel can be created for each project and the project documents are managed in Microsoft Teams. It is, of course, also possible to display further project information such as the project status or the schedule within Microsoft Teams. The tools use the same technical platform as Microsoft Dynamics and can be integrated with many different systems such as SAP, Jira or DevOps with our proven integration solution TPG PSLink.
As the tools are set up on the Power Platform, almost all data for projects, portfolios, programs, resources, etc. can be imported from Excel. In addition, Microsoft Project mpp-files can be imported.
