Managing Benefits™

Managing Benefits shows you how to move from a “magic will now happen” approach to a well thought out, intentionally actioned, and successfully delivered approach to benefits realisation. It will allow you to take an organisational view to ensure that all initiatives add up to a maximum return and realisation of strategies over the longer term.

No laptops are required, as all learning resources are supplied.

Our trainers use many practical examples from their decades of experience as hands-on programme managers and adjust the course delivery to meet the needs of the attendees.
